Here's the main Cast of Chrono Trigger.  Unfortunately, they couldn't make it here to introduce themselves, so I had to improvise.  I found some old yearbook pictures of 'em all and I got Dr. Bekkler to whip up a few clones for me.

( Yes, I am )Crono is the main character of Chrono Trigger.  You must always have Crono at the head of your party until a certain point toward the end of the game.  He lives with his mom in Truce Village circa 1000 AD.  Most people would agree that he's about 17 years old, but - I dunno.  Use your imagination.  Crono does not talk once in the entire game, but he's NOT a mute.. just keep that in mind.  Crono is a master swordsman, and uses a variety of Katanas throughout his adventure.

Nya ha ha!Lucca is Crono's life-long best friend, although she would never admit how important he is to her.  She and her dad share a great love for science and technology and are constantly making bizarre contraptions no one had ever even dreamed before.  Lucca totes a gun that she either made or bought, and a hammer which she uses when enemies are too near to blast.

Hey, when do we get our money?Marle - her real name being Princess Nadia - ran into Crono by mistake at the Millennial Fair.  And since then, they became inseparable (well, they were in my game).  She is very bright, cheery, positive thinking, and a real brat if you get her mad.  Marle totes a variety of crossbows which she uses to spike enemies from a distance or whack them with the bow's butt when enemies are close.

Thy thou thy thou ribbit-gribbit!Frog once went by the name Glenn, a wimpy marshmallow of a swordsman and the very best friend of Guardia's highest-ranked knight, Cyrus.  Upon the event in which the evil sorcerer Magus killed Cyrus and transformed Glenn into his new form, he became a strong, iron-willed warrior.  Being a master swordsman, Frog also uses swords, but of the broad, double-sided type.

Sight sensors STILL deminished, people!Robo, the warm-hearted robot is a strong and courageous fighter.  He was born Prometheus and his mission was to live with humans to study them as a species.  He was created with the ability to learn, feel, think, and make a jolly good cup of Java when he's told so - and he minds his manners, too.  Being as strong as he is, Robo uses his fists as weapons, and he upgrades his attack power by attaching different arms onto himself.

Me like you! You strong - Ayla like strong people!Ayla is the brave warrior chief of her Ioka Village in pre-historic times.  She is also one of Marle's great ancestors.  Ayla is the strongest character in the game; her Power level is maxed-out on a far earlier level than any of her colleagues.  The funny thing is she doesn't use any weapons, just her bare fist - which go through some changes as her levels pass.

... ... ...hey.Magus is one of the more mysterious characters of the game, even though you end up learning more about him that you do Crono!  His real name is Janus and he was sent to 600 AD by Lavos from 12,000 BC as a child.  Ozzie, one of his henchmen, brought him up and made the evil sorcerer we all know and love... to play as.  Magus fights with a Scythe, a long rod with a razor-sharp curved blade on the end, usually used for cutting long grass.  His Shadow magic attacks are also very powerful.
