Note, this transcription is disorganized and far from complete. It should be enough for the time being to get you started on this song, maybe even help yourself figure out the rest, after you see where at least some of these notes are coming from. But mainly, I hope you enjoy it, and any questions you have I will try to answer. Send them to dark_knight83@yahoo.com. - Michael R. If the pitch is more, or less than one fret, a number next to the "b" symbol will indicate the desired pitch, ie 1/2, (one-half of a step) or 1 1/2 (one and a half step) h=Hammer on-You "hammer" on to the next note with another finger. Only the first note is struck with pick. p=Pull off-Basically the opposite of a hammer on; instead of hitting the next note, you pull your higher finger off the string, causing the lower note to sound. (Note, you may see something like 9h10p9. This simply tells you to pick only the first note, and do a hammer on immediately followed by a pull off. Only first note it struck with pick.) /=Slide-Slide the note UP to indicated fret, ie 5/7 means to slide your finger from the fifth fret to the seventh fret, while still holding the string down. \=Exact same as the first slide, except you are sliding DOWN in this case. ~=Vibrato-You bend the string enough to increase pitch (usually less than one-half a fret) and shake it rapidly to produce a "vibrating" sound. X=Mute-You mute the string(s) by striking it with your pick, but keeping your left hand over the string or strings indicated, using not enough pressure to fret, producing a muted sound, or to simply cancel out certain strings while playing a chord. Any other important specifications dealing with sound will be noted usings asteriks(*).
